Rubaiyat was a pioneer of the “farm-to-table” concept.
Rubaiyat Farm is located in Dourados, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, and s brangus, a combination of the quality of Scottish Abeerden-Angus and Indian Brahman.
The work is developed in partnership with Cabaña Las Lilas, an Argentinian group with more than 70 years of experience in ing European cattle breeds.
Besides cattle, the farm also raises French Label Rouge poultry and a special pork lineage – baby pork. The entire production is used exclusively to supply Rubaiyat Group restaurants.
This integration allows us to provide our customers with source-verified, above-average quality meats.
