Rubaiyat has been a culinary benchmark in Madrid since 2006. The design has been renovated and the menu has been recently recreated, with the inclusion of more Mediterranean dishes, apart from the famous meats from the Rubaiyat Farm in Brazil, meats that remain unmissable in the Spanish capital.
