Since its opening in 2016, Rubaiyat Chile has been accumulating awards: it was recognized for two consecutive years as “The Best Meat Restaurant in Chile”, “The Best Wine List” and “Top 10 Gastronomic and Excellence in Service”.
It is located in the gastronomic hub of the capital, on Av. Nueva Costanera, where the best restaurants in the city are located and offers a menu that combines the flavors of authentic Brazilian and Spanish traditions, with delicious local products from the sea and land.
It has a large, well-lit room, with certified solid wood tables, a retractable roof that gives the feeling of eating outdoors, an open kitchen with a clay oven and a beautiful tropical garden that completes the feel-good atmosphere.
On the second floor, the house has two rooms designed for private, family and business meetings. Rubaiyat Chile is the group's ninth restaurant, which chose the Chilean capital to expand its gastronomic limits.
