Rubaiyat farm

Rubaiyat pioneered the “farm to fork” concept in Brazil.

The Rubaiyat Farm, located in Dourados - Mato Grosso do Sul, is focused on the creation of the Brangus breed, a mixture between the Aberdeen-Angus, of Scottish origin, and the Indian Brahman.

This work is carried out in partnership with the Argentine group Cabaña Las Lilas, which has more than 70 years of experience in the selection of European cattle breeds.

In addition to raising cattle, the farm is also dedicated to the production of chickens of French origin, Label Rouge, and a special strain of pigs, Baby Pork. All production is intended exclusively to supply Rubaiyat Group restaurants.

This vertical integration allows us to offer our customers meat with a designation of origin whose quality is above market standards.
